Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a process in which the client attends sessions by themselves in order to get their particular mental health needs addressed. Depending on the therapist’s style, as well as clients’ needs and situation, various approaches and techniques may be used.

Some of these include, but are not limited to: brainspotting, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based perspective, mindfulness, and coaching techniques. If I determine that it is beneficial, other people such as family members or partners may be included in treatment at various points in the therapeutic process.

Feeling sad, anxious, or stressed.
